★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はサービスの質は気にならないのですが、毎年メキシコのPandoraで発売されるメキシコ限定チャーム(死者の日やグアダルーペなど)の販売が無いです。常連さんにだけ売っているのか、それともそういう限定品の取り扱いをそもそもしていないか謎です。
I don't care about the quality of service, but there is no sale of Mexican limited charms (Day of the Dead, Guadalupe, etc.) that are released every year in Pandora, Mexico. It is a mystery whether it is sold only to regular customers or whether it does not handle such limited items in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención no se coordinan entre ellas no hay comunicación por parte de su personal, marqué 2 veces para hacer un cambio de brazalete y en la 3 veces para corroborar que si lo tuvieran cuando llegue me dicen que se confundieron de modelo cuando les dije 3 veces el modelo del brazalete pésima atención.

Conseguí un liquido que limpio a la perfección mis cosas sin necesidad de co.prar su kit y si espera hora y media a que según la limpiaran metiéndome en una máquina ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visité este lugar en enero después de haber pasado un mal momento en otra tienda, y qué agradable sorpresa me llevé porque me atendieron muy cordialmente, me ofrecieron solución a un tema y desde ese momento se volvió mi tienda favorita! Y es que todo es pasó sin siquiera yo mostrarles intención de comprar algo. Fueron muy lindas y amables a pesar de que no compré nada (ese día).
Mi vendedora favorita es Sandy... La siguente ocasión que fui a finales del mes pasado me atendió igual de amable, me enseñaba físicamente todas las piezas que quise ver e incluso me ayudó a encontrar una pieza que andaba buscando.
I visited this place in January after having a bad time in another store, and what a pleasant surprise I got because they treated me very cordially, they offered me a solution to an issue and from that moment it became my favorite store! And it is that everything happened without me even showing them the intention of buying something. They were very nice and friendly even though I didn't buy anything (that day).
My favorite vendor is Sandy... The next time I went at the end of last month, she treated me just as kindly, she physically showed me all the pieces I wanted to see and even helped me find a piece I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing special about this Pandora. Just a regular outlet. I am not sure if Pandora does not have a speciality charm for Mexico or if this store does not have one. I was all excited to see this store but then I had to leave as I did not find anything that amused me. Standard catalog stuff. Worth a visit just because it's a Pandora store.
