★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, después de una hora de haber realizado un pedido, marqué por qué no llegaba la comida y la señorita que atendió comentó que NO habían preparado nada por que justo en el momento de mi pedido se fue la luz. Lo curioso es que cuando marqué para preguntar que había pasado, la señorita sabía perfectamente mi pedido sin que yo lo hubiese repetido y me informó que tenía que esperar a que prepararán todo y que tardarían por qué estaba lloviendo. Mala atención y poco interés en sus clientes.
 Terrible service, after an hour of placing an order, I checked why the food did not arrive and the lady who attended commented that they had NOT prepared anything because just at the time of my order the power went out. The funny thing is that when I dialed to ask what had happened, the lady knew my order perfectly without my having repeated it and informed me that I had to wait for everything to be prepared and that it would take time because it was raining. Bad attention and little interest in your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, había pedido en una ocasión y tardaron hora y media en el envió dando mil excusas. Hoy haciendo caso omiso a esa experiencia volvi a hacer un pedido dando un tiempo de 40 a 50 minutos para entregar y dos horas después todavía no recibía el pedido. Alegaron tener mucho trabajo en la primer llamada a la hora treinta de haber pedido, pero que ya había salido el repartidor. Treinta minutos después todavía nada. Tuve que salir a comprar a otro sitio y desconozco si en algún momento llegaron. Definitivamente no volvera a seruna opción para mi.
Terrible service, I had ordered on one occasion and they took an hour and a half to send, giving a thousand excuses. Today, ignoring that experience, I placed an order again, giving a time of 40 to 50 minutes to deliver and two hours later I still did not receive the order. They claimed to have a lot of work in the first call at the thirty hour of having ordered, but that the delivery man had already left. Thirty minutes later still nothing. I had to go out to buy somewhere else and I don't know if they ever arrived. It will definitely not be an option for me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is officially my favorite restaurant in Mexico City now! A lot of times, a restaurant will have several types of cuisine and fail hard in execution. Yesterday we Rappi'd grilled salmon and it was cooked perfectly delicious. The rice had a flavor that was absolutely amazing. RICE! It was so good that we ordered from Pane en Via again today! We ordered pizza, lasagne, nachos, juices, etc. We've had items from all over the culinary world and each bit was better than the last. Finally a restaurant that can have Mediterranean, Italian, and Mexican food under one roof and execute everything deliciously! Can't wait to go back again!
