Especializada en envió de comida a domicilio. Esta sucursal también con entra con servicio de restaurante. Excelente sazón, el que cocina si sabe lo que hace, tienen una extensa oferta de platillos. Muy recomendable.

Muy mal servicio a domicilio, pésimo, siempre se les olvida algo, y lo peor es que nadie te resuelve, lo comparto en redes sociales y solo lo borran, en vez de tomarlo como una oportunidad, LO OCULTAN. No hay un teléfono de servicio al cliente, nada. Pará que tienen aplicación de entrega a domicilio si no sirve.
Very bad home service, terrible, they always forget something, and the worst thing is that nobody solves it for you, I share it on social networks and they just delete it, instead of taking it as an opportunity, THEY HIDE IT. There is no customer service phone, nothing. So they have a home delivery application if it doesn't work.

Pésima experiencia el día de hoy, desde las 11 40 aprox hice mi pedido, unos chilaquiles con pollo, dijeron tardaría 45 mins y tardó casi una hr, lo recibí, parecía todo en orden pero cuando iba a comerlos, oh sorpresa, sin pollo y una mini embarrada de crema, hablé para decirles que no tenía pollo, dijeron que no lo comiera y me cambiarían el platillo, que en 10 mins estaría aquí, pasó otra hora, volví a hablar, y dijeron que no sabían porqué su repartidor no había venido y se quedan callados, y yo así de ok, y luego, hablaban entre ellos, dijeron que sólo me iban a mandar el pollo y no cambiar el platillo como me habían dicho primero, le comenté que lo que me mandaron ya estaba frío porque me dijeron que no lo comiera, pedí vinieran por sus cosas y me regresaran el dinero, dijeron que no que porque el jugo ya estaba abierto (en la segunda llamada dijeron que ese lo podía tomar, que sólo cambiarían el platillo) nadie me pudo resolver nada, así es que dos hrs y 15 mins después, estoy sin desayunar, con todo el platillo frío y sin que nadie me resuelva nada, no sé si van a mandar el pollo o no, ya no importa, comparto la experiencia porque deberían de tener quién resuelva y atienda quejas de desviaciones en sus procesos

Very simple spot not worth your visit, the food mediocre. The TV is on all the time. Service fine, but rather mediocre food at expensive price.
