★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para hacer mi pedido y llegué en 10 min a la tienda.No los presioné porque había pasado muy poco tiempo, no llevaba prisa y podía esperar.
Me entregaron muy rápido mi pedido aprox 5 min después de que llegué son embargo se comprometió la cocción de mis alimentos, por lo que al llegar al comerlo me di cuenta de que estaba crudo por dentro.
Igual tenía espinas y es algo que nunca me había pasado en ninguna otra sucursal.
I called to place my order and got to the store in 10 min. I didn't pressure them because it had been so little time, I wasn't in a hurry and I could wait.
They delivered my order very quickly about 5 min after I arrived, however the cooking of my food was compromised, so when I arrived when I ate it I realized that it was raw inside.
It still had thorns and it is something that had never happened to me in any other branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente una pésima experiencia de forma presencial... El domingo 9 de enero del año en curso (2022) en la SUCURSAL DE PAN EN VIA DE TORRES LINDAVISTA
Es increíble que pongan en riesgo la salud de muchos que están en casa cuidándose por temor a no contagiarse de COVID, y no tomen medidas básicas de higiene con los que están en contacto directo con los alimentos.
1. Pedí un frappe GREEN MONSTER por el cual esperé un poco más de 30 min.
2. De 5 personas preparando los alimentos 3 sin cubrebocas...
3. La chica encargada de servir los aderezos y poner lo pedidos que se envían en moto, sin cubrebocas, limpiándose la nariz con la mano, sin guantes y se molestó por que le comenté al que parecía ser el gerente que no quería que ella tocara mi bebida (por pandemia y la evidente situación de estarse limpiando su escurrimiento nasal).
4. Al cabo de los 30 min y de estarlos observando la misma chica que ponía los pedidos haciendo comentarios de forma sarcástica al gerente "lávate las manos no vaya a ser que no lo vaya a querer agarrar" en repetidas ocasiones.
Simplemente preferí aguantarme un antojo a arriesgar mi salud
Como personal de la salud no lo recomendaría.

It is incredible that they put at risk the health of many who are at home taking care of themselves for fear of not getting COVID, and do not take basic hygiene measures with those who are in direct contact with food.
1. I ordered a GREEN MONSTER frappe for which I waited a little over 30 min.
2. Of 5 people preparing food, 3 without a mask...
3. The girl in charge of serving the dressings and placing the orders that are sent by motorcycle, without a mask, wiping her nose with her hand, without gloves, and she got upset because I told what seemed to be the manager that she did not want her to touch my drink (due to the pandemic and the obvious situation of cleaning his runny nose).
4. After 30 minutes and watching them, the same girl who placed the orders made sarcastic comments to the manager "wash your hands lest you don't want to grab it" repeatedly.
I simply preferred to put up with a craving to risk my health
As a health professional I would not recommend it.
