★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience at all. Any luxury brand should have multi lingual employees in their stores. On top of that I did not feel welcomed as a tourist. Felt like the saleswoman I was trying to speak with already made it up in her mind that I wasn’t going to purchase something. Which I very well would have if she were better at her job and didn’t lie about knowing how to speak English. I’ve gotten much better service when purchasing Panerai’s at authorized dealers rather than the branded stores.
