Realicé un pedido con un día de anticipación y no estuvo mi producto en la hora indicada, querían que cambiara por otro que yo no necesitaba, me pidieron regresar en 1 hora, accedí y pasado ese tiempo tuve que ir esperar casi 40 minutos más. Me ofrecieron regresar el pago que había realizado, a lo que no accedí haciéndole la aclaración a la empleada que no busco obtener gratis la mercancía sino que el servicio sea de calidad y cumplan con lo que aseguraron podían realizar.
Guardé mi nota para cualquier aclaración a la que haya lugar.
The product is not bad, however the service is. I placed an order a day in advance and my product was not at the indicated time, they wanted me to change for another that I did not need, they asked me to return in 1 hour, I agreed and after that time I had to wait almost 40 more minutes. They offered to return the payment I had made, to which I did not agree, making the clarification to the employee that I am not seeking to obtain the merchandise for free but that the service is of quality and that they comply with what they assured they could do.
I kept my note for any clarification that may arise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad amo el pan de esta panadería, es muuuy rico y por lo regular compro para varios días y de verdad que la frescura del pan se conserva.
Los que atienden son muy amables y si no ves algún pan en las canastas revisan si en en su almacén ya tienen listos o si están preparando algunos y te avisan.
Y aparte el sabor en general de todo el pan dulce es muy bueno.
I really love the bread from this bakery, it is sooo delicious and I usually buy for several days and I really do preserve the freshness of the bread.
Those who attend are very friendly and if you don't see any bread in the baskets, they check if they already have some ready in their warehouse or if they are preparing some and let you know.
And apart from the flavor in general of all sweet bread is very good.
