★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy desagradable estar comiendo una pieza del pan integral y que te salga un palito o basuras del salvado. Les he comentado de manera presencial pero al parecer ni siquiera tienen claro lo que significa el concepto servicio y atención al cliente.
Parece como si no supieran hacer su trabajo y que no ciernen la harina.
It is very unpleasant to be eating a piece of wholemeal bread and a stick or garbage of the bran comes out. I have commented to them in person but apparently they are not even clear about what the concept of customer service and attention means.
It seems as if they don't know how to do their job and that they don't sift the flour.
