Las conchitas vuelan super rápido, son mi pan favorito de ahí.
En temporada las hojaldras también son una delicia.

Traditional bakery with delicious pastries. Delicious churros. It is worth seeing for tourists and of course, choose some nice pastries. I recommend it - it's worth coming here from the very center. Really cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este establecimiento encuentras pan típico tradicional de las panaderías francesas, la única diferencia a otras es qué hay poco surtido en piezas. El pan se termina pronto, hay mucha gente esperando ser atendida, no cuenta con estacionamiento. Algo característico de esta panadería al resto de muchas y quizás a diferencia de otras a nivel nacional es que al entrar encontrarás con agua y jabón para que los clientes pasen a lavarse las manos antes de ingresar a la panadería, este es un buen punto a favor y que la hace única a diferencia de las demás.
In this establishment you will find typical traditional bread from French bakeries, the only difference from others is that there is little assortment in pieces. The bread runs out quickly, there are many people waiting to be served, there is no parking. Something characteristic of this bakery to the rest of many and perhaps unlike others nationwide is that when you enter you will find soap and water for customers to wash their hands before entering the bakery, this is a good point in favor and that makes it unique unlike the others.

I lived in Puebla as a child and I have searched for bolillos like those of Puebla, they are not to be found anywhere I have tried in the United States. If you go, try to get ones that are still warm from the oven.
