★ ★ ★ ★ ★ siempre compro pasteles aquí y son muy buenos, pero realicé un pedido y cuando me lo entregaron no era como lo solicité, además el sabor del pastel dejo mucho que desear.... me quedo con una muy mala experiencia ?
Espero pongan a personas que realmente le pongan atención al cliente cuando uno realiza un pedido.
 I always buy cakes here and they are very good, but I placed an order and when they delivered it to me it was not as I requested, also the taste of the cake left much to be desired ... I am left with a very bad experience
I hope they put people who really pay attention to the customer when you place an order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan de la colonia; esta panadería tiene ya muchos años en la Colonia Verónica Anzúres y es atendida por sus propietarios, una gran familia dedicada a esta noble labor. El pan es totalmente artesanal, de muy bie sabor y buenos precios; en o traras de todos los tipos de panes, hasta de tipo gourmet, como sus pasteles de Tiramusu, Tres Leches, Piñon, Chocolate y deliciosas gelatinas. Siempre encontrarás pan recién hecho o puedes hacer algún pedido especial para fiestas o cumpleaños. Si esta alguno de sus dueños, ellos se encargarán de que quieras regresar, son muy amables y atentos en ocasiones te obsequian alguna rebanada de pastel o alguna porción de algún postre si vas un un pastel o Gelatina. No dejes de visitarlos.

You will always find fresh bread or you can make a special request for parties or birthdays. If there is one of its owners, they will make sure you want to return, they are very friendly and attentive sometimes they give you a slice of cake or a portion of a dessert if you go a cake or Jelly. Do not miss them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que falta de profesionalismo,les dije que me hicieran un diseño,les mandé la foto y me dieron ESTO, HORRIBLE arruinaron mi cumpleaños,ni pudieron hacer las letras bien, hasta un niño lo pudo decorar mejor,que pena y risa dan.Si no pueden hacer un diseño lo dicen y ya.
What a lack of professionalism, I told them to make me a design, I sent them the photo and they gave me THIS, HORRIBLE they ruined my birthday, they couldn't do the letters well, even a child could decorate it better, what a pity and laugh they give. If not They can make a design, they say it and that's it.
