★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan de gran sabor, en época navideña también los polvorones y las roscas de reyes deliciosas a mi parecer, las mejores de la ciudad.
No cuentan con estacionamiento pero si con una rampa para discapacitados y muy buen trato del personal.
Great tasting bread, at Christmas time also the polvorones and the roscas de reyes delicious in my opinion, the best in the city.
They do not have parking but they do have a ramp for the disabled and very good treatment of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este año compramos una rosca porque el año pasado nos gustó mucho y porque los niños que les ponían eran distintivos ya que iban en su pesebre y este año, no tenían volumen osea no estaban esponjosas, no tenían los niños distintivos eran los más corrientes, lástima que por querer ahorrar unos pesos en materia prima pierdan lo distintivo y diferente, ya que este año estuvieron mucho más caras pero no iba con la calidad honestamente.

Únicas en Puebla, traen un pesebre y al niño en cada rosca además de las tradicionales figuras blancas. No hay estacionamiento pero se puede buscar poco adelante o después. Hay rampa para discapacitados y muy buen trato del personal. Ideal para momentos especiales cuando quieres sorprender a alguien con una delicia.
Very good bread, affordable prices according to quality. The roscas de reyes delicious unique flavor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del pan, sólo la Concha vale la pena, el personal muy apático, la caja no tenía cambio y me hizo esperar más de 10 minutos porque no llegaba la persona que "tiene el cambio", en un punto me dijo la cajera, si quiere ahí deje el pan porque no tengo con que cobrar, eran 290 pesos (súper caro por cierto) intenté pagar con 500, hasta que vi una terminal bancaria arrumbada a un lado, y le pregunté si no serbia, me dijo que si y así me cobraron (hasta eso...). Ha bajado demasiado su calidad en el pan pero mucho más su servicio al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan es muy rico en su mayoría, como en cualquier panadería hay pan bueno y pan aceptable, pero eso es cuestión de gustos.
El precio no es económico, tal vez si estés pagando por la calidad pero no sé compara a un pan de el Globo, por lo que diría que es un precio aceptable para lo que ofrece.
El servicio es la peor parte, al menos en mi caso el señor que me atendió era muy prepotente y me sentí intimidado por la manera en la que me miraba, al final de cuentas lo que hace a un buen negocio de comida no termina siendo su comida, sino su servicio, en este caso es decepcionante.
¿Lo recomiendo? Si
¿Elegiría este por sobre otra panadería de calibre alto en puebla? No
The bread is mostly very tasty, as in any bakery there is good bread and acceptable bread, but that is a matter of taste.
The price is not cheap, maybe if you are paying for quality but I don't know how it compares to bread from the Globe, so I would say that it is an acceptable price for what it offers.
The service is the worst part, at least in my case the man who attended me was very arrogant and I felt intimidated by the way he looked at me, at the end of the day what makes a good food business does not end up being its food, but their service, in this case is disappointing.
I recommend it? Yes
Would I choose this one over another high caliber bakery in Puebla? No

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este año la verdad una decepción, todos los años compraba rosca de reyes aquí, y la verdad muy buena calidad. Hoy compré una rosca grande por $480 y muy mala, dura, sin sabor y no era del día. Todavía le pregunté a la encargada si era del día. No pierdan clientes por bajar calidad y menos que el no subir los precios sea una excusa para vender un producto malo.
