★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a treasure this new San Antonio bakery is! Paulina, the owner is a true artist with her breads and pastries. The sourdough is her specialty and is to die for! The modern layout of the light, bright, open establishment is set up for hanging out quietly, or conversation, - and soon, classes! The whole cozy setup feels like you are passing time in the middle of the artist's studio - and you get to taste the results! In a town full of decent bakeries, there is simply nothing like this. And right down the street from my Wolf Gym. Killer artist pizza Thursday evenings :) Fabulous coffee, too. Warm and cozy and welcoming. Makes me want to learn to make her bread!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had breakfast there. My son had a cheese sandwich with apple and fresh oj he liked it. The baked goods are great. I bought bread, bagels and pastry. All we're Great. This will be the only bakery I go to from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for breakfast this morning and we’re thrilled. The woman who took our order spoke perfect English and was lovely.I had the absolutely delicious blueberry muffin, hubby has a bagel and cream cheese. Nice open view of the bakery. Can’t wait for pizza night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing new local bakery in a beautiful space on Stirling Dickinson. Delicious pastries and bread, and their first pizza night is coming up. They are letting their dough rise overnight and will be using high-temp ovens to get an authentic crispy chewy crust. Can’t wait!
