★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos un manga en preventa y lo vendieron, nos dieron un montón de excusas, al final, después de varios meses supimos que lo habían vendido porque ellos pensaron que no íbamos a ir por el (era temporada de vacaciones de verano y no estábamos en la ciudad). La atención es regular, depende del humor con que se encuentren los chavos que atienden.
We bought a manga in presale and they sold it, they gave us a lot of excuses, in the end, after several months we found out that they had sold it because they thought we were not going to go for it (it was summer vacation season and we were not in the town). Attention is regular, it depends on the mood of the young people who attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay un mal trato por parte de los empleados, son muy pretotentes y bordes, es una mala experiencia comprar ahi, ya que parece que te hacen un favor al venderte, y ya en un tema aparte, en mi experiencia personal comprando ahi es que casi no tienen productos disponibles o agotados por meses, pero la calidad de la marca es buena tanto en mangas como comics
