The best condo in tulum. Is super clean and beautiful. The architecture is super smart and makes the place super fresh all day. The circular pool has been one of the best pools I’ve been to. Especially for the sunset with the jungle view. My mother and I had an excellent time, especially for tulum where many hotels can be deceiving. Panoramic is definitely your money’s worth! Even perfect for investing in a property there, fair prices too. Thank you for everything

We loved our stay with Baak! The host was very responsive and the place was impecable. I particularly enjoyed the secluded rooftop pool, it feels like you're in your own private jungle. Will definitely book again whenever we get a chance

I can’t speak to how each hotelier manages their individual properties. But I can speak to the treatment of the staff to the people who are staying there short and long-term. If you’re a digital nomad, or a person who is hoping for a long-term stay in this facility, I advise you to look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a beautiful location to stay one or two weeks or even a couple of nights while you’re in Tulum, this is a great place. They have many rules and regulations and stick by them. The only reason why I say this is a problem, it’s because when you pay rent and are there 6 to 12 months, you never feel like you were at home and the staff constantly changes and always treats you like a stranger.

New, fancy accommodation with lots of amenities; safe, quiet, close to nature and the main route 307. Only rating 3 stars because the roads leading to the hotel are pretty bad with no street lights at night.

Safe condominium complex with a Instagram-worthy rooftop pool, small but nice gym. Decent rooms, though furnishing feels basic. Inconsistent service quality that makes the overall experience less enjoyable. I have stayed here twice, both stays booked through Airbnb. The first time at a 2-bedroom apartment (hosted by BÄAK), and the second time a studio. Pros: - 2-bedroom apartment was spacious. Master bedroom's ensuite bathroom comes with standing shower & bath tub. - A nice gym (though you may need to ask hotel staff to turn on the A/C) - Cute rooftop swimming pool (amazing place to watch sunset) - Fairly quiet (unless your neighbors are blasting music) - BÄAK concierge service is very helpful Cons: - No laundromat, but there are local laundry pickup & delivery services that you can organize via WhatsApp (cash payment only) - Dirt road leading to Panoramic is awful; potholes everywhere - Electricity gets cut off intermittently at least once a week - Blackout blinds have gaps in between, so don't really work effectively - Property does not feel well maintained (swimming pool floor paint visibly peeling) - Feels like you are staying at a college dorm patrolled by the staff (you can see staff going around taking photos - I think this is part of the hotel management strategy), no plastic cups at the pool, no hanging clothes on balcony window, etc. - Hot water runs out sometimes - Weird choice of lighting - Hotel staff does not always speak English - Have to wear a plastic wristband during your stay (hotel staff may ask you to show it when you enter the premise) - remember to have them put it on loosely, so that you can remove it. - Trash disposal is in a room with 2 giant trash bins. Literally a room full of trash. - About 5- to 10-minute walk to the nearest restaurant. Overall I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand it is safe and has nice amenities like pool & gym. On the other hand, it feels like the property and experience could have been better if they put in effort. I would say this is slightly pricey for what you are getting. But if you are just coming for a short-term stay and want to get pretty photos for Instagram, it is a nice choice.

Panoramic Tulum is the best condo and BAAK is the best host! I highly recommend the 3 rooms penthouse PH7B with private pool in second floor, is a dream! Modern and spacious. Amazing service. The best 360o pool in rooftop ever, wonderful sunsets… Great location, because you’re minutes from town, cenotes, lagoons, jungle and beach.
