★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pancakes de avena más ricos! Esponjositos, sabor excelente y buena porción, eran 3! Lo único que no nos gustó es que se tardaron mucho en servirnos (más de 30min)
 The richest oatmeal pancakes! Fluffy, excellent flavor and good portion, there were 3! The only thing we didn't like was that it took a long time to serve us (more than 30 minutes).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estábamos en busca de unos buenos pancake de avena y nos encontramos este sitio especial, por la zona Tec de Monterrey.
Precios: Son accesibles pero tampoco lo más económico. ($109 3 piezas de avena, con fruta y miel y su café refill por $25)
Ubicación: Zona Tec, muy buen sector.
Sabor: ¡Espectacular! muy buena porción, sabor y consistencia.
Tiempo atención: Esto si me quedaron a deber la verdad es que fueron más de 30 minutos de espera, si tienes mucha hambre este no es el sitio ya que requiere paciencia.
Lugar: Es pequeño con 3 mesas en la parte exterior y 3 en el interior, pero bastante bueno.
We were looking for some good oatmeal pancakes and we found this special place, in the Tec de Monterrey area.
Prices: They are accessible but not the cheapest either. ($109 3 pieces of oatmeal, with fruit and honey and its refill coffee for $25)
Location: Zona Tec, very good sector.
Taste: Spectacular! very good portion, flavor and consistency.
Attention time: This is if I owed the truth is that it was more than 30 minutes of waiting, if you are very hungry this is not the place since it requires patience.
Venue: It's small with 3 tables outside and 3 inside, but pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentisima la espera y preparación, si a medio día de un jueves cuando solo había una pareja en todo el lugar se tardaron mas de 30 minutos en unos chilaquiles sencillos, no quiero imaginarme un fin de semana, no me encantaron los chilaquiles, las migas con huevo si están muy buenas, pero no viene en menú que viene con crema y no lo pedí con crema y así lo trajeron lo cual no me agradó, ah y no tienen menús, te pasan un papel de QR, aver como le hacen los que no tengan telefono o pila o datos, aceptan tarjeta por lo visto, una visita practicamente de mas de 1 hora, realmente las migas estaban buenas pero fue la primera y ultima vez que voy
Very slow waiting and preparation, if at noon on a Thursday when there was only one couple in the whole place it took more than 30 minutes in some simple chilaquiles, I do not want to imagine a weekend, I did not love the chilaquiles, the crumbs with Egg if they are very good, but it does not come on the menu that comes with cream and I did not ask for it with cream and so they brought it which I did not like, oh and they do not have menus, they give you a QR paper, see how those who do it They do not have a phone or battery or data, they accept a card apparently, a visit of practically more than 1 hour, really the crumbs were good but it was the first and last time I go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great, affordable with super big plates. The chilaquiles are one of, if not the best around. They have fast takeout service and UberEats. Also the pancakes are huge and delicious. Super recommended, the place is small but cozy and the service is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give this place five stars. The pancakes were huge as advertised. But, they were also a bit tough. I don't eat pancakes often, but I am not sure they are supposed to taste like that. The service was fast. Here in Mexico that alone should guarantee five star.
The coffee though... Instant. I would have never eaten here if I knew that they serve instant coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food, chilaquiles and Cajeta Pancakes. It was kind of sad they didn't have Nutella not green salsa, but still what we ordered was really tasty. They don't have parking lot so you need to figure out how to get there (or park in Pollo Loco).
