★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente solo compraba ahí debido a su buen precio , de hecho he comprado más de 5 laptops , pero en las últimas ocasiones el trato a sido súper malo. Los chavos que atienden al parecer se volvieron neuróticos o que se yo. Pero ya no regresare para evitar ese tipo de tratos.
Previously I only bought there due to its good price, in fact I have bought more than 5 laptops, but in the last occasions the treatment has been super bad. The guys they see seem to have become neurotic or so have I. But I will no longer return to avoid such deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, lleve mi laptop a que le cargaran unos programas, le dieran mantenimiento y al intentar usarla ya no funcionó, fui a hacer el reclamo, me dijeron que no era su culpa, que ni siquiera la abrieron, vimos los vídeos, y oh sorpresa, si la abrieron, pero ni aún así se responsabilizan, MIENTEN y no hay manera de que se responsabilicen del daño causado.
Very bad experience, I took my laptop to have some programs loaded, they gave it maintenance and when I tried to use it it no longer worked, I went to make a claim, they told me that it was not their fault, that they did not even open it, we saw the videos, and oh surprise, if they opened it, but they are not even responsible, they LIE and there is no way they can be held responsible for the damage caused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que les falta tener un poco mas de profecionalismo y calidad de productos, fui a comprar un control esmart tv y me dice que tiene que programarlo hay por que enveces no son compatibles ??para eso hay variedad este es para este y este pal otro, sentido comun, di una vuelta dioquis, ?y eso que son muy recomendados, p.t. cuiden su reputacion ya ganada.
