J	J K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy insensibles. Fríos desde inicio, nomas apurados por recibir el dinero. No hay un trato amable por parte de ellos o un pésame. Para trabajar en funeraria les falta mucha humanidad. Las personas que recogen el cuerpo muy atentas y amables. Pero los de oficina... ?? Horribles personas. No contraten aquí. La verdad el precio es prácticamente igual a otras funerarias. Si ustedes están ya de por si destrozados por su pérdida, lo que menos necesitan es empleados prepotentes, inhumanos y fríos. Very insensitive. Cold from the start, just in a hurry to get the money. There is no kind treatment from them or condolences. To work in a funeral home they lack a lot of humanity. The people who collect the body are very attentive and friendly. But the office ones ... ?? Horrible people. Do not hire here. The truth is, the price is practically the same as other funeral homes. If you are already devastated by your loss, the least you need is arrogant, inhuman and cold employees.

Espere 10 minutos y no me hablaron. Decidí mejor hacer transferencia, les volví a timbrar para tomar la hoja donde están los datos para depositar, y para mí sorpresa no había ningún cliente adentro, solo las secretarias platicado. Les dije que gracias por su atención, que mejor yo hacía la transferencia. -Instalaciones muy bonitas. -I give monthly payments and the treatment is not friendly. Today I went to make my payment, rang the bell and was told that they would let me know when I could enter. I waited 10 minutes and they did not speak to me. I decided better to make a transfer, I rang them again to take the sheet where the data to deposit are, and to my surprise there was no client inside, only the secretaries talked. Quieres preguntar cualquier cosa de un terreno que ya es tuyo y que les pagaste bastante y te siguen mandando con los buitres cuando sólo quieres saber EL HORARIO DE IR A VER TU TERRENO QUE YA LES PAGASTE It's incredible how they send you over the phone with salespeople for everything. V	Vanessa Gutiérrez Ramírez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en funerales, las instalaciones ni siquiera están terminadas aún y se escucha el ruido de que andan construyendo, la persona encargada de la sala es déspota y no tiene consideración al dolor que uno está pasando, muy caro para el servicio tan deficiente que dan. No lo recomiendo. Terrible service at funerals, the facilities are not even finished yet and you can hear the noise that they are building, the person in charge of the room is despotic and has no consideration for the pain that one is going through, very expensive for the poor service they give . I do not recommend it.
