El cual es el espacio dedicado a sepultar a los difuntos que comprenden el municipio de Tláhualilo Dgo. Uno de los días más importantes es el 1 y 2 de Noviembre, siendo este último día, el más representativo. Ya que las familias acostumbran a visitarlo para adornar, las tumbas de sus familiares difuntos, se da el comercio de flores, alimentos, cabalgatas, música y algarabía. Caminatas a los alrededores y subir al cerro de la santa cruz. Toda una celebración con respeto y culto.
