★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi bebita fallecio el lunes y el martes lá sepulte ahi. Pero no me gusto mucho porque no hay espacio para ponerle florecitas o algo donde quedo , alguien sabe cuanto tengo que pagar para que me dejen arreglarle .
My baby died on Monday and on Tuesday I buried her there. But I did not like it very much because there is no space to put flowers or something where I am, someone knows how much I have to pay to let me fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tratan de darle mantenimiento y tenerlo limpio, deberían de tener sanitarios publicos ya que sí tienen pero solo permiten el acceso a los trabajadores del panteón y hace algunos años sí permitian el acceso a todos los usuarios ya que es un servicio basico.
They try to maintain it and keep it clean, they should have public toilets since they do have but only allow access to the workers of the pantheon and a few years ago they did allow access to all users since it is a basic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar, no está actualizado el horario de apertura, el Panteón ya se encuentra abierto en horario de 9:30am a 16:00pm. Me comentó el policía que permanecerá abierto mientras no haya algún cambio en la disposición del gobierno.
Good place, the opening hours are not updated, the Pantheon is already open from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. The policeman told me that it will remain open while there is no change in the government's disposition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tranquilo y limpio, si van a entrar al columbario deben dejar identificación para que te den la llave del candado y puedas entrar, deberían checar donde están sus familiares porque vi que varias las rompieron y habían huesos de fuera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se necesitaba el sello y firma de un documento oficial y la encargada "había salido" y nunca regreso, primero lo redactaron mal pusieron nombre masculino en vez de femenino, al regresar a hacer la corrección que no se encontraba la encargada, teníamos a nuestro familiar fallecido desde la mañana y hasta las 14:42 ya solo esperando el documento para proceder al sepelio y la encargada no llego.
NOTA: Si van a realizar un trámite revisen bien que los datos que coloquen sean los correctos en sus documentos, ya que estas personas son muy poco profesionales y solo llenan al ahí se va.
Terrible service, the stamp and signature of an official document was needed and the person in charge "had left" and never returned, first they wrote it wrong, they put a male name instead of a female one, when they returned to make the correction the person in charge was not there, we had to our deceased family member from the morning until 2:42 p.m., just waiting for the document to proceed to the funeral and the person in charge did not arrive.
NOTE: If you are going to carry out a procedure, check carefully that the data you enter is correct in your documents, since these people are very unprofessional and only fill in when they go.
