★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el personal es muy respetuoso con los visitantes, son muy estrictos en la seguridad de las instalaciones y de las personas, esta limpio y la música le da un ambiente de tranquilidad y serenidad al visitante. las tomas de agua para las flores son suficientes pero estan muy al centro del lugar, les hace falta expandir mas las tomas de agua

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado. Al querer colocar arreglos adentro te obligan a ir a los "Monumentos Urdiales" porque dicen que son los únicos que pueden entrar. Hacen un mugrero asqueroso en ese lugar. Todo roto, desquebrajado, hacen lo que les da la gana con lo que pides y no se hacen responsables cuando vas a reclamar. Y claro, el panteón se lava las manos. Dicen que nadie nunca se ha quejado y te hablan groseramente. Cuando no te logran convencer se dan la vuelta, salen y ya no vuelven a las oficinas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tiene todo el derecho de q veamos a nuestros difuntos x eso somos dueños de un terreno ahi asi ni ganas quiere uno irse si estan con esas medidas ni recomendarlos para nada lo mejor es buscarotro panteon para descansar y sacar a nuestros difuntos de ahi y transapasar el terreno q ni la livertad tenemos de ir de aser un monumento x q no se permite ese panteon q tirne mal servicio da y me arrepiento de aber comprado ahi.y si NO LO RECOMEDARIA X NADA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen desde el inicio de la pandemia cerrado. Es el único panteón que sigue cerrado a la fecha. Son muy prepotentes en la manera de contestar y solo dan largas para re abrir. Se entiende que hay pandemia, pero es un lugar abierto, no quieren batallar con las medidas de seguridad.

Así mismo informar que te piden de manera casi exigiendo que te quites el cubrebocas dentro de la oficina, donde todos los empleados están sin cubrebocas, a lo que hice caso omiso aunque se molestara. .porque desconozco si esta instrucción este avalada por regulación sanitaria o solo bajo su fundamento de que tienen ozono en las oficinas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy grosera la encargada, prepotente donde exigió que se quitara el cubrebocas porque el lugar estaba sanitizado con ozono claro que no hicimos caso de esa situación, aparte muy prepotente y altanera, se le pidió su nombre y nunca no lo proporcionó y ni nos daba tiempo de leer el documento que teníamos que firmar, opino uqe es un derecho antes de firmar cualquier documento, muy mala atención y ella que está al frente de esa institución, ya que los demás si fueron muy amables. Ojalá puedan mejorar
