★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del lugar no hay queja, el problema viene despues al tratar con las secretarías de la oficina cuando haces tus pagos mensuales, son prepotentes, altaneras, sin vocación de servicio, creen que te hacen un favor cuando en realidad es su trabajo.
Parece ventanilla gubernamental porque se hacen bien tontas y no te atienden como esa primera vez que querían tu $$ y cuando te atienden es de mala gana y groseramente. Pésimo servicio al tratar con su oficina en Texcoco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien cuidado, le doy una estrella porque la atención a clientes es pésima, es lamentable el trato de la persona que atiende el teléfono, déspota y mal hablada, no tienen un mínimo de empatía con las personas que acaban de perder a sus familiares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que se encuentra en el panteón es de mucha amabilidad y muy serviciales.
Cuando te diriges a sus oficinas que están ubicadas en Texcoco el trato de las secretarias es el peor que puedes encontrarte, te hacen sentir que te hacen un favor, contestan muy groseras, no muestran actitud de servicio, no se si están trabajando de forma gratuita o no sepan que de lo que nosotros pagamos ellas cobran un sueldo.
Esta tarde llame para solicitar informes y poder realizar un pago para lo que burlonamente me contesto que no me podía ayudar ya que estaba a punto de salir y que si quería saber algo de ese tema viera mis documentos que me habían entregado el año anterior para que de ellos los pudiera obtener y además de forma irónica me dice que si me podía servir en algo mas, con esas actitudes creo que no sirven para nada.
Nunca existe una figura responsable en esas oficinas y dejan que las secretarias sigan dando un pésimo servicio a los clientes
