R	Ricardo Tenorio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto no es malo, es de acordé a lo que ves, el problema radica en la atención, llegué un domingo a hacer mi pedido, me hicieron pagar todo (2800 para garantizar el pedido), me pidieron regresar el martes, al llegar me dicen que no lo tenían, que al día siguiente lo tendrían, cosa que no fue así, me pidieron ir hasta el jueves ya que se surtieran, al no encontrar los que quería se tuve que cambiar por otros, el jueves a las 6pm me confirman que tenían por fin mi pedido completo, llegó a las 7pm por el pedido y resulta que ya habían vendido dos de los 7 pares y se limitaron a decir: fue problema del vendedor, en ningún momento se disculparon, ni ofrecieron alternativas o crear empatia y asumir su error, al final de cuentas tuve que resignarme a llevarme lo que tenía y aceptar la devolución de mi dinero por lo que vendieron minutos antes. Es una lastima que no tengan organización, no puedan cumplir con algo pactado que ya tenían pagado. Lamentablemente experiencia. Ni una bolsa de basura mínimo me dieron ???
