No es esa pizza maravillosa de antes con ingredientes de primera, cada vez le ponen menos. Sí siguen así serán devorados por la competencia que está mucho mejor de precios y casi que de calidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues de la pizza...muy bien. Del local, pues en varias ocasiones me ha tocado que las mesas están sucias. Y el baño de mujeres lo tienen con llave, no dejan usarlo. Por el de hombres no hay problema.
Well, the pizza...very good. From the premises, because on several occasions I have had the tables be dirty. And the women's bathroom is locked, they don't let you use it. For men there is no problem.

Ya no les puedo pedir en aplicaciones de entregas, entonces te obligan a descargar su app o a pedir en línea. Lo quise hacer, pero la aplicación se traba y no reconoce mi usuario. En línea, no me dejó hacer el pedido y cuando quise hacer el pedido por teléfono, se tardaron años, se cortaba la llamada y no me quisieron respetar las promociones, porque no aplicaban por teléfono. Ni modo, ordenaré en otro lugar. Pésimo!
What rubbish of service! I like pizza, but it's an ordeal trying to order one. I can no longer order from them on delivery apps, so they force you to download their app or order online. I wanted to do it, but the application crashes and does not recognize my username. Online, it didn't let me place the order and when I tried to place the order by phone, it took ages, the call was cut off and they didn't want to respect the promotions, because they didn't apply by phone. No way, I'll order elsewhere. Appalling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las pizzas de Papá John's son un verdadero lujo, me encantan. En este lugar siempre nos atienden muy bien y rápido, incluso en entrega a domicilio son muy atentos y cordiales. Solo una vez tuvimos que esperar más de 1 hora para recibirlas, pero fue por una alta demanda según el día. Sin problema. No les doy 5 estrellas por dos detalles. 1) la sucursal siempre luce sucia, o al menos las ocasiones en las que hemos ido a comprar. 2) tienen estacionamiento pero casi nunca hay lugar, llegan las motos de las apps y dejan sin lugar al cliente, o están las motos de la sucursal y no permiten estacionar libremente. Pongan atención a estos dos detalles y se llevarán las 5 estrellas y las "palmas de oro"????
Papa John's pizzas are a real luxury, I love them. In this place they always serve us very well and quickly, even in home delivery they are very attentive and cordial. I do not give them 5 stars for two details. 1) The branch always looks dirty, or at least the times we have gone shopping. 2) They have parking but there is almost never a place, the motorcycles from the apps arrive and leave the customer without a place, or there are the motorcycles from the branch and they do not allow free parking. Pay attention to these two details and you will get the 5 stars and the "palmas de oro"????
