Eran las 10:54 pm de la noche del día 18 de abril del 2022 y me negaron el servicio cuando cierran las 11:00 pm el establecimiento nos comentaron que ya no podían atender por qué ya habían guardado todo y que no les daba tiempo y yo que pensaba que es comida rápida pero bueno. Espero que. Sr.PAPA JOHNS nos atienda nuestra queja y nos recompense. El negarnos el servicio espero su pronta respuesta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing delivered after 1 hour. We call them, no answer. We call them again every 5 minutes, and finally after 90 minutes they answer. They say they didn't receive our order, even though I'm looking at it on their website. They say they'll make it for us but it'll only be delivered in an hour. We tell them no thanks. Two minutes later the delivery driver arrives, and he confirms he's from the same location we called. Phone service was terrible, delivery was super slow, but pizza itself was good.
