La comida; pedi para llevar hamburguesas y la verdad muy buenas, muy ricas y las papas con muy buen sabor regresaría solo por la comida pero solo por eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los boneless y las salsas excepto la spicy estan muy buenos y bien servidos, asi como los aros de cebolla, los.dedos de queso y las papas fritas. El inconveniente es q suele "no funcionar" la terminal de la tarjeta de credito. Se puede pedir para ir a recoger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de pedir de aquí y la verdad me arrepiento, no soy de esos tipos que hace estas publicaciones pero wow, siento que la verdad el/la que está cargo debería sentir pena.
1)Empezamos con el SERVICIO, (cuál? Algunos me dirían) cuando llegue estaban comiendo y el restaurante solito sin clientes. Ni siquiera sabía en donde estaban los servidores por 2 minutos hasta que una termino de comer y así como sin nada. Entiendo que somos humanos y tienen derecho de descansar, comer, etc. Pero mínimo que digan hola en un momento los atiendo.
2) EL TIEMPO: Al minuto que nos tomaron el orden, todo iba bien. 5-10 minutos después llegaron las llamadas de órdenes, y los motociclistas de DiDi. Esperamos casi unas 40 minutos y en eso pasaron 3 órdenes antes de nosotros. Solo cuando les pedí que me regresarán el dinero, me dijeron que ya lo estaban haciendo. Y la neta solo me espere porque no creo que me lo iban a devolver.
3) NUESTRO ORDEN: pedí dos hamburgesas, compré el de aros adentro, TODO CRUDO, no manchen y con un olor a perro mojado, como cuando dejas los trastes a secar pero de boca abajo y la verdad se impregnó en cada mordida. lo compre con super combo, osea que nos dan 3 deditos de queso, y hasta eso se equivocaron y nos dieron uno. La otra hamburgesa, bacón cheddar, la verdad buena calidad, comí una mordida y nada que ver con la mía. Te diría que lo probará para la otra visita pero la verdad jamás regresaré.
Les dejo con una estrella porque tienen potencial, pero la calidad de comida, y más que nada la CALIDAD DE SERVICIO lo arruina. La verdad fue unos de los peores comidas que he comido el tiempo aquí en Tampico y ojalá que aprenden de hacer la comida bien.

I just ordered from here and the truth is I regret it, I am not one of those types that makes these publications but wow, I feel that the truth is that the person in charge should feel sorry.
1) We started with the SERVICE, (which one? Some would tell me) when I arrived they were eating and the restaurant alone without customers. I didn't even know where the servers were for 2 minutes until one finished eating and just like nothing. I understand that we are human and have the right to rest, eat, etc. But at least they say hello in a moment I'll take care of them.
2) THE TIME: The minute they took our order, everything was fine. 5-10 minutes later the order calls came in, and the DiDi bikers. We waited almost 40 minutes and in that 3 orders passed before us. Only when I asked them to return the money did they tell me that they were already doing it. And the net just waited for me because I don't think they were going to give it back to me.
3) OUR ORDER: I ordered two hamburgers, I bought the one with the rings inside, ALL RAW, they do not stain and with a smell of a wet dog, like when you leave the dishes to dry but upside down and the truth was impregnated in each bite. I bought it with a super combo, so they give us 3 cheese fingers, and even that they were wrong and they gave us one. The other burger, cheddar bacon, really good quality, I ate one bite and nothing to do with mine. I would tell you that he will try it for the other visit but the truth is I will never return.
I leave them with a star because they have potential, but the quality of food, and more than anything the QUALITY OF SERVICE ruins it. The truth was some of the worst meals that I have eaten the time here in Tampico and I hope they learn to make food well.
