La atención por teléfono es muy buena y al llegar a la sucursal cumplen con las medidas de protección e higiene, toma de temperatura, gel antibacterial y sana distancia.
A veces tardan un poco en entregar los productos pero por lo general no tardan mas de 25 minutos.
Una vez me entregaron un poco sucio unos pliegos de papel que pedí pero fuera de eso entregan bien.
Los precios son excelentes, empresa recomendada para los que necesiten harto, harto papel.
 Excellent place, its facilities are great.
The telephone service is very good and upon arrival at the branch they comply with the protection and hygiene measures, temperature taking, antibacterial gel and healthy distance.
Sometimes it takes a while to deliver the products, but generally it takes no more than 25 minutes.
Once they gave me a little dirty sheets of paper that I asked for but other than that they deliver well.
Prices are excellent, a company recommended for those who need enough, plenty of paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es totalmente deficiente, al parecer hay que ser expertos en papel para poder comprar por qué no hay nada de orientación, por más que pregunté por el papel que me pudiera servir para mis necesidades la persona que me “atendió” no me dio nada de orientación, ni siquiera entendió lo que le pedí por que me dió otra cosa, volví a ir el día de hoy, la misma señorita me dijo que hoy habría otro material que también busque la primera vez (ya que estaba agotado) y me dijeron que no, que solamente pidiéndolo de otra sucursal por qué no lo trabajaban, es muy molesto la vdd que te hagan ir dos veces y que a la segunda tampoco encuentres lo que buscas, pareciera que la atención al cliente no es lo suyo, tal vez deberían poner más atención en el trato al público
The attention is totally deficient, apparently you have to be experts in paper to be able to buy why there is no guidance, even though I asked for the paper that could serve me for my needs, the person who "attended" me did not give me anything orientation, she didn't even understand what I asked her because she gave me something else, I went again today, the same lady told me that today there would be other material that I also looked for the first time (since it was sold out) and they told me no, just asking for it from another branch why they didn't work it, it's very annoying that they make you go twice and that the second time you don't find what you're looking for either, it seems that customer service isn't their thing, maybe They should pay more attention to dealing with the public
