★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen pésimo servicio al cliente, primero me sacaron de la sucursal a mi y otros 5 clientes, argumentando que la cajera no había llegado y que abrían a las 9:00 am (entonces deben de tener cuidado y no dejar la puerta abierta)... Al pagar, hice una devolución de un producto y la cajera me dijo q regresara las cosas a su lugar. Deberían de cuidar más al cliente, yo soy cliente mayorista y por esas acciones ya no regreso.
Have lousy customer service, I was first removed from the branch to me and 5 other clients, arguing that the cashier had not arrived and they opened at 9:00 am (then they must be careful not to leave the door open) .. . a paying, I made a return of a product and the cashier told me q things return to their place. more should take care of the customer, I am a wholesale customer and those actions did not return.
