About Papelería ABC
La empresa fue fundada en 1948 debido a la necesidad que tenían los alumnos de la Escuela Primaria Lázaro Cárdenas de adquirir útiles escolares.
Gracias a la situación económica favorable de los años setenta, la empresa tuvo la posibilidad de ofrecer sus servicios de venta al mayoreo a más escuelas, indusrtrias y otros comercios en la ciudad de Toluca y sus alrededores.
Hoy en día Papelería ABC no solo forma parte de la historia y tradición de la ciudad de Toluca, sino que también es una de las más concurridas y reconocidas en la región.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es época de útiles y hay mucho más personal para atender , así que es muy ágil , aún cuando la tienda tenga mi historia clientes al mismo tiempo, solo que las chicas les da flojera dar precios de artículo por artículo, por qué tienen que escanearlo y cancelarlo en su computadora, insisten en que te traen todas las cosas y en la nota veas es desglose o que cuando te lo vayan marcando digas si sí o sí no?.
En la compra mayor a $500 te regalan las etiquetas personalizadas para los útiles.
Las personas que te atienden ese asunto, super amables y accesibles

Yo ya reclame una vez un papel metálico, pedí rosa y me dieron naranja, y desde ese dia como reclame que me cambiarán el color, todos los empleados me empezaron a gritar, y les dije que a mi no me servia naranja, necesitaba rosa o sea es una diferencia abismal.
Y me dijeron "No pues regresenle su dinero" y no me dieron mi papel rosa, o sea aguante sus gritos y malas caras para que al final no me vendieran lo que pedí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hoy fui a comprar gomas bicolor, al inicio me dieron el precio de $6 pesos por pieza (cabe aclarar que en el mostrador viene el precio de $6) les pregunté que si tenía descuento por ser alumno de la UAEM por lo qué me dijeron que sí (10%). Al momento de pagar me dicen que son $877.5, cuando debieron de haber sido $810, y le pregunté ¿por qué había subido el precio? Y me respondieron que el precio de las gomas ya era de $6.5 por lo que reclamé, ya que en un principio me habían dado el precio de $6, pero como iban a aplicar el descuento, seguramente la tienda no quiso perderle. Tuve que comprar las gomas porque me urgen, sin embargo considero que es una forma de engañar a las personas. Al final de cuentas suben el precio para aplicar el descuento. Yo acudí a esa papelería porque "supuestamente" aplican descuento a los alumnos de la UAEMex, si no hubieras sido mi última opción. No vuelvo a comprar ahí.
