★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastima de su sistema de facturación, fui con lista en mano y solo faltaron dos cosas, punto muy bueno pero hice toda la fila y al llegar a la caja ví un hoja que decía si requieres factura ve al módulo, pierdes tu lugar en la fila y llegas al módulo y no hay nadie, ya que llegó alguien me dieron mal de alta y el de la caja que me mandó al módulo abrió su sistema y corrigió los datos... la neta... Ya no regreso prefiero pagar un poquito más pero mi tiempo lo vale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente de mayoreo, uno busca que lo que se lleva esté en buen estado y al momento de que te lo ponen en bolsa te aplastan y maltratan las cosas, no voy a vender algo en mal estado, mala actitud de quien atiende y es una exageración en el mínimos de artículos para el poco descuento que manejan, no es la primera vez que pasa y no vuelvo a la tienda, frecuento otras sucursales y mis felicitaciones pero está no la recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pareció una papelería bastante actualizada con estos tiempos ya que cuenta con impresoras, mouses, tintas, mochilas, letreros de señalización y mucho material de papelería e incluso pinceles y brochas, pinturas, acuarelas, etc. La atención de los empleados es muy atenta y resolutiva. Buen servicio y trato. Llevan cuidados por la pandemia. Lo que fui a comprar lo encontré aunque escuché no venden repuestos de pluma.
