★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena si vienes por algo de papelería, pero para escanear y enviar un documento no lo recomiendo para nada.
De entrada no me dijeron el precio antes de hacer el trabajo (supongo se inventaron el precio). La primera vez eran $21 (eran 12 hojas), pero no enviaron la vuelta de la hoja así que tuvo que venir otra persona para asistirle y enviarlo de nuevo, ahora eran $60 por agregar 5 vueltas y 5 copias (que porque si no no se puede escanear).
Me pareció pésimo que me hayan querido cobrar el error de ellas por no enviarlo bien. Y estaría bien que tuvieran sus precios anunciados junto con los demás servicios de impresión y así no se inventaran el precio.
Además de los 45 mins para hacer este trabajo.
The attention is good if you come for some stationery, but to scan and send a document I do not recommend it at all.
From the outset they didn't tell me the price before doing the work (I guess they made up the price). The first time it was $21 (there were 12 sheets), but they didn't send the back of the sheet so another person had to come to assist them and send it again, now it was $60 for adding 5 backs and 5 copies (because if not can scan).
It seemed terrible to me that they wanted to charge me for their error for not sending it well. And it would be nice if they had their prices advertised along with the other printing services so they didn't make up the price.
