★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su impresora no sirve, si mandas a imprimir algo y sale incompleto te mandan a imprimir otra vez, y salen tus impresiones y una copia de las mismas, esas también te las cobran, y si les reclamas dicen que es tu culpa que porque la impresora imprime lo que le dices, y lo dicen como si ellos fueran una extensión de la impresora. Deberían de mandar la impresora a arreglar, ya llega años así.
Las copias salen a medias o decoloradas
Their printer does not work, if you send something to print and it comes out incomplete they send you to print again, and your prints and a copy of them come out, they also charge you, and if you complain they say that it is your fault because the printer they print what you tell them, and they say it as if they were an extension of the printer. They should send the printer to be fixed, it has been years like this.
