★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen mucha variedad, la atención pésima, se tardan mucho y se la pasan jugando en vez de atender al cliente. La atención telefónica es peor, lástima porque es una empresa que si puedes conseguir muchas cosas, como consejo: revisen muy bien lo que entregan, porque los empleados chacotean tanto que se equivocan en pedidos o pierden las llaves de las vitrinas donde tienen los productos. Mala experiencia, espero ustedes corran con mejor suerte. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen surtido y servicio, la modalidad es que si tienen exhibidos los productos de papelería y hace más ágil hacer tus compras, un plus que tienen y creo que casi todas sus sucursales es el corte de papel a tus requerimientos y cuenta con estacionamiento.

Tienen tiempo para hacer eso y dan 40 minutos de corte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para comprarse papelería especializada, poco apoyo de los vendedores y servicio de cobro , muy muy muy lento, aún cuando hay fila para pagar, nunca abren la segunda caja para cobrar.
Yo asisto a esa sucursal solo por pura necesidad no por gusto...
Si tuviera otra opción para comprar mi material, ya no iría yo a esta sucursal de lozano
Good place to buy specialized stationery, little support from sellers and collection service, very very very slow, even when there is a line to pay, they never open the second box to collect.
I go to that branch only out of necessity, not out of pleasure ...
If I had another option to buy my material, I would no longer go to this branch of Lozano
