★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buenas tardes, pues yo no quede conforme con el servicio. hice una compra y quedaron de mandarme la factura y es fecha que no me la mandan hablo y el chavo que contesta nada mas dice mañan se la mando, pero no llega y ahora trato de comunicarme y me dice que el numero no existe. ya me bloqueo. como le pudo hacer ahora si ni ticket me dio de la compra. pesimo servicio y que mal que traten a sus clientes asi.la compra se hizo el viernes 22 de abril y hoy estamos a miercoles 27 de abril. y no llega la factura.
Good afternoon, because I am not satisfied with the service. I made a purchase and they agreed to send me the invoice and it is the date that they do not send it to me, I speak and the guy who answers just says I will send it to him tomorrow, but it does not arrive and now I try to communicate and he tells me that the number does not exist. I already blocked. How could he do it now if he didn't even give me a ticket for the purchase. Terrible service and how bad they treat their customers like this. The purchase was made on Friday, April 22 and today we are on Wednesday, April 27. and the invoice does not arrive.
