Creo q tiene una gran área de oportunidad en mejora con su personal de mostrador, quizá la empleada esté capacitada, pero su atención al cliente carece de empatía o al menos esa fue mi experiencia.
It is an assorted stationery, unfortunately the staff that attends is not friendly and much less helpful. I think you have a great area of opportunity for improvement with your counter staff, maybe the employee is trained, but your customer service lacks empathy or at least that was my experience.
