Las entradas espectaculares, la limonada de jengibre genial. El helado de ajonjolí negro muy buen final. La calidad de ingredientes más que buena, la masa de las entradas bien trabajada. La técnica en general de su cocina muy bien dominada. Solo le falta fuerza a los fondos que acompañan al ramen para que la experiencia sea de primer nivel. La ambientación muy agradable.
