Pésimo servicio al cliente de la señora que atiende que en lugar de resolver tus dudas o apoyarte al imprimir solo se la pasa renegando y con mala actitud en todo momento. Muy al contrario del señor que en todo momento fue muy amable y atento a resolver mis dudas. De verdad, agradezco su ayuda ese día. Es una pena que cuentan con todo en papelería e impresión cuando la persona en recepción resta todos los puntos.
I went only once with the desire to NEVER come back. Terrible customer service from the lady who attends that instead of solving your doubts or supporting you when printing, she just keeps denying and with a bad attitude at all times. Quite the contrary of the man who at all times was very kind and attentive to answer my questions. I really appreciate your help that day. It is a shame that they have everything in stationery and printing when the person at the reception subtracts all the points.
