★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento de 37 manzanas en el que se distribuye mas de 300 casas, es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro para los que ahí vivimos, lo malo es que aun no hay zonas comerciales al rededor, pero cuenta con todos los servicios básicos, actualmente ya hay una ruta de combis que te dejan enfrente del fracc, y los mismo vecinos te ofrecen diversas opciones de alimentos, productos o servicios. Si te interesa comprar tienen diversos precios accesibles, puedes llegar desde metro potrero y tomar el camión que te acerca al Carmen, o bien en carro, pasando Indios Verdes esta a unos 40min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para vivir tranquilo de ruido y y el caos de la ciudad que cada día está más congestionada de carros y de mucha gente, hay cerca un pequeño cerro para ir de paseo y tomar unas fotografías hermosas del lugar de Tizayuca y sus alrededores, por cierto muy económicas las casas.
Excellent place to live quiet of noise and and the chaos of the city that every day is more congested with cars and many people, there is a small hill nearby to go for a walk and take some beautiful pictures of the place of Tizayuca and its surroundings, by the way very cheap houses.

Very quiet, who wants a house somewhat away from noise and monotony of the city is obvious ideal respecting the policy of the good neighbor, because if you are looking for bad relationships or impose yourself it is not recommended place for people like that.
