★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA atención por parte de las empleadas, en especial de una que me dijo llamarse Gabriela, además de grosera, tuvo el descaro de ignorarme cuando le pregunté el nombre de su compañera que también mostró una mala atención, según ella no sabía cómo se llamaba su compañera, pregunté por el nombre de la encargada y me dijeron que no tenían autorizado dar su nombre, en conclusión: son unas groseras y que me mejor se vayan a su casa, los clientes no tenemos la culpa de su amargura, pocas ganas de trabajar y de su frustración....no vuelvo a ir!
Me extraña que los dueños no hayan aún tomado cartas en el asunto, pues no es la primera vez que tienen quejas....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia en esas papelerías las chicas que atienden en Cuautitlán son muy groseras y nada amables, con quién puedo reportarlas, soy cliente frecuente ya que doy clases, e iba al de TEPOTZOTLÁN y las mujeres eran muy groseras, que bueno que cerraron esa papelería y ya no está, mejor voy a lumen son más atentos y amables , prefiero demorar más tiempo a ir a esas papelerías con personal muy déspota y grosero.

Hay una chica delgadita de lentes que es la peorcita me vio y casi me fulmina con la mirada por atreverme a pedirle unos pinceles. Después me dejó esperando por mi ticket hasta que otra chica terminó de atenderme. Definitivamente NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR AQUI Y JAMÁS REGRESARE. PESIMO SERVICIO Y ATENCIÓN.

Me salí y ya no compré ni volveré a comprar nada ahí.
