★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suele que en ocasiones el papel , no lo cortan bien, a veces falta material, hay una diferencia en el tono de color del material, entiendo11 que desean entregar pronto, pero no quiere decir, que no cuenten y corten como debe de ser.
Sometimes the paper is not cut well, sometimes there is a lack of material, there is a difference in the color tone of the material, I understand11 that they want to deliver soon, but it does not mean that they do not count and cut as it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las últimas tres veces que he estado comprando bolsas o cajas, tengo que esperar más de una hora para que me surtan.
Y he visto en varias ocasiones que le dan preferencia a conocidos.
Y hoy tengo 40 minutos esperando unas bolsas y pliegos de papel sin corte. Y hay personas que llegaron mucho después de mí, les están entregando antes.
Estoy embarazada y es pesado estar esperando tanto tiempo.
Si no fuera por mi trabajo no vendría.
No llevan una logística de entrega, por turno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los tiempos de entrega son demasiado largos, te hacen esperar horas y aparte de todo este rollo te dicen no hay sistema, espere!
Para los que realizan transferencia y solo quieren pasar por el pedido, prevenganse con una agua y una torta jajaja ya que tardará horas en salir su pedido.
Delivery times are too long, they make you wait hours and apart from all this stuff they tell you there is no system, wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy groseros y no tienen el conocimiento adecuado de lo que venden. En la página de internet OFICIAL dice que venden cartón de agua gris y rojo, al preguntar me dijeron que yo había visto mal la información. Además por la pandemia no se consigue el cartón en todos loa grosores y abusan, han subido el precio más del doble.
Esta sucursal tiene mala fama y las mostradoras de verdad siempre están dr malas, casi casi te avientan los muestrarios y siempre hay filas enormes porque se tardan mil años en entregar.
Atienden mejor en la sucursal de Bolívar y tiene donde sentarse.

On the OFFICIAL website it says that they sell gray and red water cartons, when I asked they told me that I had misread the information. In addition, due to the pandemic, cardboard is not available in all thicknesses and they abuse it, they have more than doubled the price.
This branch has a bad reputation and the counters are always really bad, they almost throw the samples at you and there are always huge lines because they take a thousand years to deliver.
They serve better at the Bolívar branch and you have a place to sit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los costos son un poco más bajos, pero la espera para que entreguen el material es demasiada, llevo una hora aquí esperando a que me entreguen 1600 hojas y no lo hacen. Porque no revisan la instrucción de la srita de mostrador. Dado esta tardanza pienso para regresar a comprar algo más aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan en entregar material, más de hora y media de espera, aún cuando ya se hizo el pago por transferencia horas atrás. Anteriormente compraba couche, pero ya sale muy delgado y feo, no es el gramaje que uno pide. En tiempo de entrega y buen precio papelería progreso, no te hacen esperar mucho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy realize una compra y me tardaron más de 30 minutos para entregar, pésimo empaquetado, no duro ni a una calle de llegar al metro, todo el material se hecho a perder.
