I went to book my haircut personally directly at the studio 2 weeks beforehand. Due date - I go to the studio to get my haircuts and they told be there was no booking under my name, results had to do a half turn and get out. Real joke! Never happened something like that to me before, better cut you hair somewhere else in Mexico City as I am sure there are more professional studios around who will actually make it happen for real!! Never again!! And they lie saying I received a confirmation e mail for another day, when I did not get any e mails from them as they sent it to a wrong email. When I was at the studio today the guy working there told me there was no reservation under my name for any day! Forgot your appointment and gave the wrong details to contact??!! First role in any business you are running that involves clients handling - the client is always right and should not give the fault to him or her! Train your employees better!!!

The place itself is nice and the guy who cut my hair did an ok job. My haircut looked ok when I finished (though I went just for some styling and he ended up cutting like 2 inches of my hair but ok fine, I can live with that) Now here's where it really sucks. At the time it looked ok but after a couple of days I realised the back was a bit long and looked kinda like a mullet so I called them to arrange a fix, just to trim off a little from the back and make it even. The girl who answered was incredibly unprofessional. First she goes " well did we ask you if you liked it when we finished? And you said yes?" She must've never had had a haircut before and know that hair falls differently the day after styling. Then she goes "I'm sorry, i just find it veeery strange that you call after 6 days and not the day after to get a correction" implying i'm trying to scam a service for free. I was busy because some of us work and literally in 6 days it wouldn't even have grown half a cm come on I'm not a haircut junkie who wants to scam salons, I just wanted a correction and I was too busy to go right the next day. Tbh I rather pay another salon for a "haircut" and get the trim from the back than deal with them, they treat you like a criminal 7/10 for haircut but 0/10 for service

I was looking for routine maintenance (highlights and haircut), so I filled out their online form completely, then they asked me for additional photos, so I sent photos within an hour of their request and they NEVER responded to my request for an appointment. I followed up and they failed to respond.

Hands down the best hair salon in CDMX! Beautiful space, good music and talented stylists doing cool haircuts and color and they also carry the best beauty brands for hair. Everything in one stop ;)

Bad experience. I went for a haircut and the guy was an amateur. He was borrowing tools from the other stylists and he cut me like a soccer player when I asked him for something more messy and unique. This salon is supposed to be one of the best but I could have had the same result in any other random place. The moment I gave my opinion he tried to blame me. I think that haircuts for men are not their thing. Big no!

This is a great place! I’ve been going there since 2017 and always have a nice experience. Alex does the best haircuts for both my husband and I. For hair color, Eli is really good too.

I‘m not brave in changing my hairstyle and don’t like sassy cuts. So I’m always a bit nervous at fancy hair salons. But at Paprika‘s I was in good hands! After a few weeks traveling my hair was a mess. After the hydrating treatment it was shiny and soft like silk. I was very happy with the result. Excellent seevice. Thank you Alejandro! ?‍♀️?‍♀️

I’ve been styling my hair -cut, color, treatments- in Paprika since they opened in CDMX and never gone any other place ever since. They are extremely meticulous in treating my hair and scalp, and I always leave there knowing that I look simple awesome! Pro tip: Make sure to book 2-3 weeks in advance because there’s high demand
