★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima paquetería. Para meterme un sillón no pudieron meterlo en la casa porque no les tocaba. Venía el dueño con ellos. Y apenas si se burló de mi que el sillón no iba caber. Tuve que contratar un servicio independiente. No los recomiendo. Nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio el personal es grosero y tardan mucho para entregar los paquetes quedan en una fecha y nadamás dan largas les marcar para ver qué pasó con el paquete y se portan déspotas y no llega el paquete parece que lo hacen apropocito
Very bad service the staff is rude and they take a long time to deliver the packages, they are left on a date and they just give long to mark them to see what happened to the package and they behave despots and the package does not arrive it seems that they do it appropriately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, debería la Profeco revisar sus contratos, nunca firmen de recibido antes re revisar su paquete...de ahí se agarran para no hacer válida la garantía del seguro que ofrecen....el personal administrativo de Monterrey pésimo servicio.
Terrible service, should Profeco review their contracts, never sign received before rechecking your package ... hence they take hold to invalidate the insurance guarantee they offer .... the administrative staff of Monterrey terrible service.
