WAZE O MAPAS GOOGLE...??? THE DRIVERS (CHILDREN) WHO GAVE ME THIS SERVICE WERE TOO UNEXPERT ... EVEN THOUGH THEIR INEXPERIENCE THEY DIDN'T GET MY ADDRESS, THEY STILL CHARGED ME SURCHARGES, SAYING THAT THEY ADDED TO THEIR POLICIES "CONVINCEDLY RECEIVE THEM" ... BE THE BLAME ... I SUGGEST TO THE SUPERVISOR THAT YOU TRAIN WITH THE GPS WAZE OR GOOGLE MAPS ... ???

Ademas yo ya habia preguntado si podia enviar llantas y me dijeron que si y llegando al lugar que tenian que ir desarmadas y empacadas por separado y en mi lugar de destino ponen recargo por no encontrar la direccion. R	Rosalba Monterde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me envió un paquete de Monterrey,le solicité a mi cuñado que lo enviara a la sucursal 2 OCURRE ,ya que es la más cercana a mi domicilio. Resulta que el empleado en Monterrey que documentó el paquete anotó que la entrega sería a domicilio ??? Cuál domicilio ???. Cuando acudí a la sucursal 2 resulta que me comenta el empleado que me comunique a su vez con otro más ,porque mi paquete estaba hasta Tarímbaro y si no lo recogía el mismo día , pasarían 2 días más ,ya que se redocumentaría,el envío era pan de muerto y ya llevaba 4 de viaje, otros dos más!!! (QUE POR CIERTO A PESAR DE DECIR FRÁGIL LLEGO HECHO PEDAZOS )y hubiera sido pérdida de mercancía y dinero.Me tuve que transladar hasta Tarímbaro con una duración de más de 40 mins tan solo de ida porque no es tan fácil transportarse , mucho tránsito y un gasto que no tenía previsto. . Anexo la foto donde se puede leer arriba con negritas "Mensajería Dom" Y en donde dice colonia OCURRE. EN ESTA OCASIÓN DEJO MUCHO QUE DESEAR LA ENTREGA.
