★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me retrasaron mucho la entrega de mi paquete. Tuve que ir, porque no me llamaron que ya estuviera para entrega y forzarlos a entregármelo, en las oficinas nacionales no supieron explicar porqué se encontraba en esa situación el paquete.
The delivery of my package was very delayed. I had to go, because they didn't call me that it was ready for delivery and force them to deliver it to me, at the national offices they couldn't explain why the package was in that situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible empresa, imposible comunicarte, cero atención, caro, normalmente me llegaban de 1 a 2 días cuándo me mandan algo, ya va desde el martes de la semana pasada y no me llega, estoy super molesta, perdí clientes por su culpa... Y sigo esperando, me encantaría hablar con el dueño para que sepa lo mal que está su servicio, cero recomendado!! ?
Terrible company, impossible to communicate with you, zero attention, expensive, normally they would reach me within 1 to 2 days when they send me something, it has been going on since Tuesday of last week and it hasn't reached me, I'm super upset, I lost clients because of them ... And I'm still waiting, I'd love to talk to the owner so he knows how bad his service is, zero recommended !! ?

En general si servicio de entregas es bueno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por teléfono nadie contesta, por correo tampoco obtuve respuesta, en persona el trato deja mucho que decear y el costo que me dieron por enviar mi paquete me pareció excesivo así que seguí buscando y encontré otra paquetería con un costo bastante razonable, si siguen por ese camino la gente optará por otras opciones más amables, eficientes y menos abusivas.
Nobody answers by phone, by mail I didn't get a response either, in person the treatment leaves a lot to be desired and the cost they gave me for sending my package seemed excessive so I kept looking and found another parcel with a quite reasonable cost, if they continue for that Along the way, people will opt for other more friendly, efficient and less abusive options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca programaron la entrega, llegan a mi casa y quieren que tenga en efectivo el costo de paquetería sin previamente avisar. No tienen terminal para pagos con tarjeta, al preguntarles¿Por qué no avisaron antes sobre la entrega, para tener listo el dinero? Responden que ellos son una empresa de paquetería y no tienen porqué hacer eso, además que no tienen línea, tampoco quisieron reprogramar la entrega, me cobrarán extra por entregar mi mercancía. Encima no responden en la oficina.
Pésima experiencia , además de ser muy caros
They never scheduled the delivery, they arrive at my house and want me to have the parcel cost in cash without prior notice. They do not have a terminal for card payments, when asked why they did not notify before about the delivery, to have the money ready? They answer that they are a parcel company and they do not have to do that, besides that they do not have a line, they did not want to reschedule the delivery, they will charge me extra for delivering my merchandise. Above they do not respond in the office.
Bad experience, besides being very expensive

The longshoremen are fast and friendly, but the counter staff are extremely slow… super slow, to make a shipment it takes me more than an hour, it's unbelievable.
