★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la peor experiencia, mi paquete tardo tres semanas en llegar, llame infinidad de veces y solo me mandaban de un número a otro, nadie me daba una respuesta, cuando al fin llegó, la pieza la quebraron y se robaron otra, aparte carísimo el envío y todavía querían cobrarme de más el repartidor, si existiera estrellas negativas está paquetería se llevaba todas. Quise meter una queja pero si así es su servicio de entrega no imagino el proceso de queja, mejor mi vendedor me recupero la pieza y usamos paquetexpres y al día siguientee estaba en sucursal.
Terrible service, the worst experience, my package took three weeks to arrive, I called countless times and they only sent me from one number to another, no one gave me an answer, when it finally arrived, the piece was broken and another was stolen, apart Shipping was very expensive and the delivery man still wanted to overcharge me, if there were negative stars, this parcel would take all of them. I wanted to make a complaint but if your delivery service is like that, I can't imagine the complaint process, my salesperson better recover the part and we used express package and the next day I was at the branch.
