Terrible service, the beaver staff did not let the shipment happen as stipulated in the guide and apart they wanted one to go and personally look for the delivery truck.

h	hola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue algo irresponsable y falto de educación el trato que recibí por parte del señor que me atendió por whatsapp. Me dejo esperando por mas de dos horas, decidí ir personalmente a recoger un envío y en la sucursal de Boulevard Colosio, me dijeron que mi envío se encintraba en otra sucursal en la carretera a Cd. Shagún. Me costó dinero, tiempo y esfuerzo, sin coche y a mis 70 años, fue como una burla, qué lastima. Nunca me había sucedido algo así en los 4 años que tengo utilizando el servicio de CASTORES The treatment I received from the man who attended me on WhatsApp was irresponsible and uneducated. He left me waiting for more than two hours, I decided to go personally to pick up a shipment and at the Boulevard Colosio branch, they told me that my shipment was found at another branch on the highway to Cd. Shagún. It cost me money, time and effort, without a car and at 70 years old, it was like a joke, what a shame. Something like this has never happened to me in the 4 years I have been using the CASTORES service
R	Rockdrigo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tocó personal nuevo en capacitación, muy bien porque la empresa brinda oportunidades laborales, lo malo que los que están capacitando son poco tolerantes y no permiten ni que la gente aprenda bien ni que a los clientes nos atiendan bien y rápido, empatía por la gente nueva para esos que llevan más tiempo y agilicen el servicio, salvo esto que comento, si es recomendable.
