Es usual que cobren tarifas diferentes a las que te cotizan (incluso después de haberles dado direcciones de entre, dimensiones y pesos exactos), que extravien mercancía, que la embarquen con retrasos o incluso desconozcan su paradero. Su personal (el cual rotan constantemente) puede llegar a ser descortés e indiferente
If Beavers service is generally poor at this branch they are highly incompetent. It is common for them to charge different rates than the ones quoted to you (even after having given them exact addresses, dimensions and weights), to misplace merchandise, to ship it with delays or even to ignore its whereabouts. Your staff (which rotate constantly) can be rude and indifferent
