★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA PEOR ATENCION EN TODO SENTIDO DE INICIO A FIN, NO SABEN NI ELLOS MISMOS SOBRE SI YA SALIO O LLEGO PAQUETE, EL PERSONAL PLATICANDO SIN HACERLE CASO A EL GRAN NUMERO DE PERSONAS QUE ESPERAN RESPUESTAS, NADIE SE HACE CARGO DE NADA, NO RESUELVEN Y APARTE ENTREGAN PAQUETES DAÑADOS, SIN MENCIONAR QUE NADIE CONTESTA LAS LINEAS O TE TIENEN ESPERANDO UNA HORA PASAN CORREOS INEXISTENTES Y PODRIA SEGUIR DESCRIBIENDO EL PESIMO SERVICIO!!
 THE WORST SERVICE IN EVERY SENSE FROM START TO END, THEY DON'T KNOW WHETHER THE PACKAGE ALREADY LEFT OR ARRIVED, THE STAFF TALKING WITHOUT CARING TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO EXPECT ANSWERS, NOBODY TAKES CHARGE OF ANYTHING, DOES NOT RESOLVE AND APART THEY DELIVER DAMAGED PACKAGES, NOT TO MENTION THAT NOBODY ANSWERS THE LINES OR THEY HAVE YOU WAITING AN HOUR, NON-EXISTING MAIL PASSES AND I COULD CONTINUE TO DESCRIBE THE POOR SERVICE !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que el personal necesita capacitación en cuanto al trato al cliente, no puedo generalizar pero las dos primeras personas que me atendieron en un mostrador estaban platicando y comiendo una de ellas me vio y así sin más se volteo a seguir viendo su celular, hasta que yo les pregunté si me recibían el paquete ahí, fue hasta entonces que nos mandaron a otro mostrador a mí y a un señor que ya estaba detrás de mí. Después estuvo muy bien el trato de los demás.
Solo como observación a la empresa, es importante dar un mejor servicio por parte de todos los empleados.
It seems to me that the staff needs training in terms of customer treatment, I cannot generalize but the first two people who attended me at a counter were talking and eating one of them saw me and just like that she turned to continue looking at her cell phone, until I asked them if they would receive the package there, it was until then that they sent me and a man who was already behind me to another counter. Afterwards, the treatment of the others was very good.
Just as an observation of the company, it is important to give a better service from all employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con esta empresa en las cotizaciones en línea; piden anticipo y no te respetan lo pactado, además su personal tiene una pésima atención al cliente. Para hacer la devolución piden documentos que no existen. Tienen a una señora llamada Celina Ramírez en en área de coordinación de recolección que es prepotente, grosera y antipática.
Beware of this company in online listings; They ask for an advance and they don't respect what was agreed, plus their staff has terrible customer service. To make the return they ask for documents that do not exist. They have a lady named Celina Ramírez in the collection coordination area who is pushy, rude and unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó por qué tienen muy buena atención, buena cobertura para envíos a cualquier parte de la República, aunque algo lento, será el sistema o no se aparte de que va mucha gente a envíos y a recoger, precio algo elevado más la calidad cuesta, tienen un excelente servicio gente muy responsable , manejan la mercancía con mucho cuidado y llega en buen estado. Muy recomendable
