★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el teléfono de la sucursal de Oaxaca todo el tiempo esta ocupado y cuando no esta ocupado nunca contestan, atienden de mala gana.
Pésimo servicio. Los costos son excesivos especialmente en esta sucursal ya que mando de León a Oaxaca y sale mas barato que si lo hago de Oaxaca a León.
 the phone of the Oaxaca branch is busy all the time and when it is not busy they never answer, they answer reluctantly.
Terrible service. The costs are excessive especially in this branch since I send from León to Oaxaca and it is cheaper than if I do it from Oaxaca to León.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo llevamos semanas tratando de generar una refacturacion, marcamos a las oficinas centrales tardan horas en responder, es una urgencia y esperamos 6 horas para que nos repondieran en facturación para decirnos que no es con ellos que es con la sucursal, marcamos a las sucursales y los números que ponen nisiquiera existen, solo dan vueltas y vueltas y no nos han dado solución de nada.
Nos mandan de número en número y nadie sabe el procedimiento, no tienen personal preparado.
Es un fiasco el servicio que brindan.
The service is terrible, we have spent weeks trying to generate a rebilling, we dialed the central offices, they take hours to respond, it is an emergency and we waited 6 hours for them to reply to us in billing to tell us that it is not with them that it is with the branch, we dialed the branches and the numbers they put up don't even exist, they just go around and around and they haven't given us a solution at all.
They send us from number to number and nobody knows the procedure, they don't have trained personnel.
The service they provide is a fiasco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal muy mal servicio por parte de la línea telefónica nunca contestan llevo tres ocasiones para preguntar sobre un paquete y nada no contestan esta ocupado su teléfono siempre o es el personal mal capacitado q no contesta o es la empresa mal pésimo servicio es mucho más accesible tres guerras ellos te comunican q tu paquete ya está en su destino y donde puedes pasar aquí nunca contestan mal ?
Bad very bad service on the part of the telephone line they never answer I have had three occasions to ask about a package and they do not answer anything their phone is always busy or is it the poorly trained staff that does not answer or is the company bad bad service is much more accessible three wars they tell you that your package is already at its destination and where you can go here they never give a bad answer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente en ventanilla su sistema super lento. La que atendia ni siquiera comunico que el sistema eataba lento para pagar con tarjeta de debito. Le pregunte que si iba a demorar ya llevaba como 10 min esperando. Espere un total de 25 min. Y me dijo que regrese mañana ya que no tenia efectivo. Pesimo servicio. Habiendo otras empresas con mejor trato a los clientes. Ultima vez que piso esta empresa.
Los repartidores una vez que pasan a dejar el pedido si no estas se van y si devuelves la llamada para que regresen ni te contestan las llamadas. Pesimo servicio.
Terrible customer service at the window, your system is super slow. The attendant did not even communicate that the system was slow to pay by debit card. I asked him if he was going to be late, he had already been waiting for about 10 minutes. Wait a total of 25 min. And he told me to come back tomorrow since he had no cash. Terrible service. Having other companies with better treatment of customers. Last time I visit this company.
The delivery men once they drop off the order if you don't leave and if you return the call for them to come back they don't even answer your calls. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never delivered to our house. They told us we have to pick it up by phone. We paid 800 pesos for a delivery fee while we have to pick the package up ourselves. Unacceptable!
