★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un paquete para que lo enviaran. La persona que estaba atendiendo, me hizo yo cargara los paquetes de donde se documenta a la parte de donde los acomodan. La verdad es que he visitado otras sucursales de castores y nunca lo habían hecho. Mal servicio el de Marina Nacional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa de envíos ofrece un PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. Me parece una falta de respeto que manejen un horario para atención al cliente hasta las 7:00 p.m. y en primer lugar llegar al lugar a las 6:10 p.m. y que ninguna persona de "atención al cliente" tuviese la educación de preguntar que quería, estuve esperando como 5 minutos y ya tuve que alzar mi voz y preguntar quién atendía para que me dijeran y en un tono de voz de una persona amargada que para hacer un envío debía ser hasta antes de las 6:00 p.m. porque luego de esa hora no aceptaban documentar mi paquete y aparte de todo no tienen ni para adquirir la caja donde iría el paquete. Si pudiera no le daría ni 1 estrella.
This shipping company offers AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. It seems disrespectful to me that they manage a schedule for customer service until 7:00 p.m. and first of all arrive at the place at 6:10 p.m. And that no person from "customer service" had the politeness to ask what I wanted, I was waiting for like 5 minutes and I already had to raise my voice and ask who was attending so that they would tell me and in a tone of voice of a bitter person that to stop making a shipment had to be before 6:00 pm because after that time they did not accept to document my package and apart from everything they did not even have to buy the box where the package would go. If I could I wouldn't give it 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buen servicio,pero les falta más logística ya que nunca saben a qué hora llegará un paquete que estás esperando y hay que dar hasta dos vueltas para recogerlo
