Z	Zaira Avalos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos toco una muy mala experiencia con esta gente de Castores ya que esperamos con ansias la llegada de un paquete un labavo de mármol proveniente de Durango, primero batallamos muchisimo para que nos dieran información de la guía y poder saber en donde venía nuestro paquete al llegar a mi domicilio la persona encargada no tuvo los minimos cuidados para bajar el paquete apesar de estar encintados con la frase FRAGIL, Resultando el paquete dañado, llego mi lavabo despedazado en perdida total, llamamos para reportar el incidente y no se hicieron responsables, es injusto que acepten transportar una mercancía frágil como la cantera o mármol y no se hagan responsables del mal manejo de sus trabajadores No lo recomiendo para nada, pésimo servicio de verdad!!!! We had a very bad experience with these people from Beavers, since we eagerly awaited the arrival of a package, a marble wash from Durango, first we fought a lot to get information from the guide and to know where our package came from when we arrived. At my home, the person in charge did not take the minimum care to download the package despite being taped with the phrase FRAGIL. who agree to transport fragile merchandise such as quarry or marble and are not responsible for the mismanagement of their workers I do not recommend it at all, lousy service really !!!!

Para recuperar tu dinero y producto te piden que vayas en persona a un CEDIS super lejos, o se la pasan dándote teléfonos donde no te contestan. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE They don't review your products and then tell you that you have to go look for them at a CEDIS because they couldn't send them due to lack of x or y. To recover your money and product they ask you to go in person to a CEDIS super far away, or they keep giving you phones where they don't answer you.
