Me rompieron el paquete del fondo y yo ví como lo empacaron y todo lo que traía,por eso digo que fue en la paquetería,que mal que hagan esto !! Y por unas cuantas cosas quemen la paquetería de castores!!?? Y aparte no te contestan el teléfono?
 First of all, I use this service, and apart from being expensive, they stole merchandise from me! They broke the package at the bottom and I saw how they packed it and everything it had, that's why I say it was in the parcel, it's too bad they do this!! And for a few things, burn the beaver parcel!!?? And besides, they don't answer the phone?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el dia llamando al conmutador y todas las extenciones ocupadas y te cuelga en automatico, anden a la fregada ni que fueran la única paqueteria.
All day calling the switchboard and all the extensions busy and it hangs up on you automatically, go to the scrub or that they were the only parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan en los numero de teléfono, ni posibilidad de dejar mensajes en el buzón permiten. No se comunican entre sucursales. Le verdad muy mala experiencia, 2 hrs para que entregaran un paquete en sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que cierran a las 6 de la tarde pero dejan de recibir mercancía cada vez mas temprano (A las 5 la ultima vez que fui). Eso lo hacen por sus pistolas los que atienden debido a que es una sola persona para un montonal de trabajo. No sean tacaños, pongan mas personal!
Y si van a dejar de recibir paquetería antes de la hora de cierre, al menos pongan un letrero, y no sean tan inconscientes de dejarte hacer la fila de media hora y que cuando se dan las 6 te digan que ya no pueden atenderte
They are supposed to close at 6 in the afternoon but they stop receiving merchandise earlier and earlier (at 5 the last time I went). Those who attend do that for their pistols because it is a single person for a lot of work. Don't be stingy, put more staff!
And if they are going to stop receiving parcels before closing time, at least put up a sign, and don't be so oblivious as to let you stand in line for half an hour and when 6 o'clock strikes they tell you that they can no longer serve you.
